by BJ on June 23, 2013

Hey, guys, how you doing?

I am doing this quick video today to share a very important personal development tip with you. It is a tips for improving yourself, for always taking a step further, a step outside your comfort zone. Because, honestly, this is the only time you will actually improve yourself – when you take one step further than you have already gone.

So, let me start with a personal example, with my 90 days challenge. The commitment we all made about this challenge was to make one video a day for YouTube for 90 days. But with my video marketing experience this wasn't a real stretch – I could easily do it. So what did I do? I decided to do not 1, not 2, but THREE VIDEOS A DAY.

Go Outside Your Comfort Zone

And, guys, this is not only valid for business but every aspect of your life – for me maybe it's normal and easy to go to the gym couple of times a week, but for you it might be a big challenge because you are not used to it. So for you, it would be a big stretch to start doing that. The point is that you should not compare yourself to other to improve yourself. You should only compare yourself to your future you!

You Can't Let People Who Are Not At Your Level Put Your Level Down

Always try to build yourself up, to stretch yourself additionally, take a step further. Every one has a different standard, a different level so don't make it easy for yourself. Always set yourself a higher, challenging standard if you want to improve yourself. This is the only way to become the person you want to be.

It won't be easy, but you will feel more powerful! Just watch this video to listen to more examples how to stretch yourself and set challenging goal that will make you feel continually growing. Is your goal making you grow? This is the question you need answered.
