This is BJ Min sharing with you the lessons I learned from my

90 Day Video Challenge

Today I want to talk about something that I experienced during the challenge and has nothing to do with technicalities.

Video Marketing Is Like Exercise

Let me elaborate – if you want to lose weight and you follow a program for 90 days, you will see results. But, if after these 90 days you stop exercising and go back to your old lifestyle, well, you will gain back the weight you lost.

In a way, I feel that video marketing is the same. If I stop making videos after the challenge is over, I will lose my shape. Not physical shape of course, but mental shape. Making videos daily kept me sharp and on point, it forced me to come up with new motivational tips and ideas all the time.

I have to be honest – I like being free, and not obliged to do videos every day. But, I realize, that if I stop now, I will lose what I have gained for these 90 days.

Video marketing is a personal development exercise. It makes you think, create and give valuable content to people, which in return develops your way of thinking and attitude to the world.

Bottom line for today – do at least one video a day even if you don't have to. Look at it as a mental or personal development exercise that you do for yourself. Especially, if you have completed the challenge as well, don't stop now! Don't lose what you have gained already!

Lesson learned from video marketing – it is not only about marketing, it is about your own growth.
