Enjoy the video. I wrote a long post on the description. I'll just paste the important points that I learned from this experience.

Looking back, these were the CORE reasons how I lost this weight so fast.

– I hit rock bottom. That FORCED me to make a DECISION to change. Hitting rock bottom in my weight led me to do everything else below.

– I PRIORITIZED working out meaning the FIRST THING I did in the morning was to go to the gym. This made it easier. Now, it has become a habit!

РI took Garcinia Cambogia (this is the exact one I bought and used). Consult your doctor before you take it. I don't like taking a lot of things but I guess this helped me get FASTER results. (Read the label because I don't think it's for pregnant women).

– I also took a health cleansing type of system. But it never worked back in the days when I barely worked out. But it worked when I DID work out.

– I became more health conscious because the MORE results I got, the MORE I didn't want to gain more weight. When you see results, you want results. Success becomes like a snowball.

This analogy is NOT just for working out.

It can be an analogy to building and going for your dreams, whatever your dreams are.

Success requires you make an INTERNAL DECISION to change.

Once you make that decision, it becomes easier from there.

It's not easy.

But it becomes more of a downhill from there when you hit rock bottom.

So if you are at rock bottom in your health, wealth, or relationships, look at it as a BLESSING.

Because those HITTING ROCK BOTTOM MOMENTS are the FEW OPPORTUNITIES for you to make the BIGGEST DECISIONS of your life.

Embrace it.

And make a DECISION to change.


Now, I know what you're thinking.

You're like ‘this dude is still fat!'.

i know i got more to go but man, I feel good now!

I feel more confident.

I feel happier.

Working out TRUMPS all the other personal development affirmations, goal setting, etc I did (not saying they are not) but there is something PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY powerful about working that TRUMPS all the other personal development exercises out there.

Just go work out.
