Habits are the things we do regularly without having to plan for them or having to force them on ourselves. Habits are the actions we take unconsciously, effortlessly and have become a part of who we are.

Habits, however can be good or bad, according to the results that they produce. Therefore, sometimes we want to change them, add new ones or remove any that we don't like.

A new habit I have recently developed is reading 30 minutes per day. I think that reading can improve who I am in general and also sky rocket my business performance.

How did I start reading 30 minutes per day and kept going?

Well, if you want to create a new habit just set a 30 day challenge for yourself. Why? Because we need 30 days of doing something consistently to create a new habit. There is a lot of science behind it, but all you need to know is that it works!

All you need to do to create a new habit and get a step closer to your dreams is to commit to practice it for 30 days in a row. The time limit gives you the freedom to think of the new habit as something temporary and not resist the change while 30 days are enough to make it stick forever!
