How to Break a Habit and Create a New Habit

Hi, everyone!

I want to share with you something I learned from my mentor. In the video below I am talking about a very unique concept that has reinvented my life. If you want to change your results, you want to change your habits. “Being crazy means doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.”

I truly believe and experience has shown me, that the only way to change result is to change your habits.

New Habits = New You = New Results

To change your life, you need to change yourself. Your mindset creates your reality! What you see is what you believe in, and to change that you can start with new habits. Did you know that if you do something consistently for 30 days it becomes a habit and then, you know what, you can't stop doing it anymore!

When you do something for 30 days in a row, studies have shown, it becomes and integrative part of who YOU are. Then it won't be hard, you don't have to force yourself, you will want to do it. The point is, to change your reality, change yourself by doing something for 30 days minimum.

I, personally, started working out because I wanted to be healthier. In the beginning it was hard, I had to push myself, but now, I FEEL like going to the gym.

Do Something For 3o Days and Make It Your Habit

If you are committed to your goal and this change you have always wanted start your new habit today and keep to it for 30 days minimum. This will trigger a process within you that is the beginning of the new and better life.

When you change, your life changes, your business changes, your relationships change. Just start now and live the life you want, be the person you want to be!
