I am going to develop a NEW habit to exercise more often at home than at the gym or going elsewhere.

The reason is that I want to maximize my time.

Going to the gym or even hiking (which is one of my favorites) takes a tremendous amount of time. Usually, it can take an average of up to 1 to 2 hours at times because of all the driving, getting situated, and so forth.

Hence, I decided to work out first thing in the morning today. in fact, I'm typing this after I did my workout.

Here it is in a nutshell:

100  Pushups + 100 Squats + 100 Crunches

By the way, I did 50 each and did 2 sets. Many times I had to take a break in the sets as well. However, I did all the reps and that's what matters. I will challenge myself to do this whenever I decided to work out at home. You should give it a shot as well. Best of all, it took 14 minutes total. Cheers.
