Focus on Your Strengths and Outsource the Rest

Hello, everyone!

It's BJ Min here, with the quick success tip of the day! Before I give you this tip, please pay attention, I have to say this is something every student in business school learns and every small business manager has to know. If you are a business owner and especially an Internet based business owner, this tip is crucial for your success: focus on your strengths and outsource the rest.

There are several reasons for that:

1. You don't have time to do everything. Man, if I had to do everything for my online marketing business, I would be working over 80 hours a week and, trust me, you wouldn't see a happy face in my videos, actually in a while, you wouldn't see anyone ‘coz my health would be messed up. Trust me people,  you don't have superpowers, others can do it for you.

2. You can't be superb at everything. Let's be honest guys, we are good at some things and, eh, not so good at others. Take me for example, I am great at speaking and that's why I do videos, but don't be fooled, there are many other traffic sources I use – blog, e-mail, etc., that are managed by completely different people!

3. You need to focus on developing the business, not running it. Once you have a system you can teach it to other people and focus on creating new systems and thinking BIG. If you are stuck into your business you are not an owner, you are just another employee. That's why systematizing is essential for business – so others can do it for you.

Grow Your Business Instead Of Being a Slave To It

Remember, you don't work for your company, it works for you. So stop trying to shine everywhere. The biggest limitation to growth is trying to do everything by yourself. It is not possible and you have to learn to let go to be successful. Focus on and develop your strengths, and outsource the rest.
